In the Summer 2021 Development Update, Hypixel Studios announced that the release of Hytale would not happen before 2023 at the earliest, and it may take even longer. They announced that Hytale would be playable by everyone in 2021.
However, after the trailer gained immense popularity and they realized the potential of the game, they decided to keep working on it and refining it. In 2018, Hypixel Studios initially announced the highly anticipated game Hytale with a scheduled release date of sometime in 2019.
